Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions for ACMV or Electrical Project.
Manage, lead, and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator and sub-contractors.
Manage and control project budget and ensure project completion in timely manner.
Manage and prepare monthly payment claim submission, variation order submission and extension of time submission to the Main Contractor.
Manage and prepare sub-contractors’ payment response and variation order claim.
Carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme.
Analyse and prepare the overall schedule and project execution plan.
Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan.
Liaise with the main contractor, consultant and client representative.
Plan and allocate resources, projection and forecast of manpower.
Ensure proper management and control of project documentation.
Manage and lead the team for preparation, submission and obtain approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, material, equipment, RFA, RFI etc.
Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings.
Manage, plan, and lead the testing & commissioning of ACMV or Electrical system.
Manage, lead and handover OMM document, training, as built drawings, spare parts and DLP program.
Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (for Electrical role)
Sound Technical Knowledge in Electrical and ELV Service and able to identify discrepancies between Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural and client provisions (for Electrical role)
Requirements:
Must have at least a Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Must have 15 years’ design and installation experience in ACMV or Electrical and BMS System.
Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and etc.
Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry
